Isamu Tendou is one of the appearing villains in the series. He was Dr. Go's archrival since college, and was responsible for killing Mi's mother. Unlike Go who is technical over cats and cybernetics, Tendou prefers to use dogs in bio-engineering as displayed by his bio-creation, Patrasche (パトラッシュ Patorasshu). Sometime after the night Mi and Go defeated Patarasche, Tendou also became obsessed with world domination while also intending to destroy Go and Mi in the process.
He made his reappearance in the anime two times.
- Episode 44: Tendou tricked Kotaro to upgrade his new Neo Patrasche (ネオパトラッシュ Neo Patorasshu) to launch his counterattack against Go.
- Episode 60: He implanted a control chip on Matatabi to destroy Kuro.
Trivia[]
- In Episode 46, it was revealed Tendou was responsible for killing Kuro's mother, for he hired the two stray catchers in the manga.
